Depending on the project, our new roof installations include:
- Full structural assessment and preparation before anything goes on
- Sarking installation beneath the roofing material (important for insulation and moisture control). The best time to do insulation while you are replacing the cadding
- Insulation where applicable and specified
- Tile or metal roof installation, correctly fixed and aligned
- Ridge capping, flashings, and valley work
- Gutter connection and drainage
- Site clean-up once the job is complete
We manage the full scope. You won’t need to coordinate a separate crew for the sarking, another for the tiles, and someone else for the gutters.
Fixed Pricing, Before We Start
You’ll get a fixed quote before any work begins. If something comes up during the job that changes the scope, we’ll talk to you about it before we proceed, not after.

Every new roof we install is backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty. That covers the quality of our installation: the fixing, the sarking, the sealing, the finishing. If something we’ve done isn’t holding up the way it should, we’ll come back and sort it out.
